Overdue started as an idea to introduce a safe space and community for the London techno scene, and he founders approached Holocene to bring this idea to life. Together we built out the brand, message and theme of their debut club night and enlisted a small film crew, graffiti artist and street team to shoot and edit the first roll-out of content and branding. After extensive site visits we identified Basing House as the ideal venue to host the inaugural OVERDUE to give each DJ their London debut.

Holocene drafted and negotiated the promoter and performance agreements, agreeing mutually beneficial terms for all parties to ensure that everything served the core principle underpinning the OVERDUE ethos: to provide a value-adding platform for regional and international talent to break into the London scene, free of any gate-keeping and shady deals.
